SERVICE CORRECTION POLICY

At Pump House Hair, we strive to provide exceptional services to all our clients. However, we understand that occasionally, corrections or adjustments may be necessary. This Service Corrections Policy outlines the procedures for addressing and rectifying any issues with our services.

1. Any requests for service corrections or fix-ups must be brought to our attention within one week of the original booked appointment date.
2. The correction appointment must take place within the following week to two weeks after the original booked appointment date.
3. If the client reschedules the correction appointment beyond this timeframe, it may result in us no longer being able to honor it as a fix-up appointment.

1. **Notification:** To request a service correction, please contact us within one week of your original appointment date to inform us of the issue.
2. **Assessment:** Upon receiving your request, we will assess the nature of the issue and determine the appropriate corrective action.

**Client Responsibilities:**

2. Clients must adhere to the scheduled correction appointment timeframe to ensure timely resolution of the issue.
3. Any rescheduling of the correction appointment beyond the specified timeframe may result in additional charges or the inability to honor it as a fix-up appointment.

**New Service Charges:**
1. If the correction appointment is rescheduled beyond the specified timeframe, it may be treated as a new service charge due to the extended time between services.
2. The decision to charge for the correction appointment will be made at the discretion of [Salon Name] based on the circumstances of the rescheduling.

SERVICE BOOKING FEE

We have made some changes lately to ensure smooth operation and cover any potential costs incurred due to no-shows, we kindly request a booking fee for new clients or appointments involving extensive colour or treatment services. This fee may be either a fixed amount of $50 or a percentage of the service cost. We trust our clients, but this is a precautionary measure to protect our business. If you are unable to make the payment at the time of booking, we kindly ask that you schedule your appointment once you are able to do so.

Please note that appointments that fall under these categories without a booking fee will be automatically flagged in our system for deletion. In the event of a missed appointment without a paid booking fee, the fee will be charged to your account through our online portal.

Q. Why do I have to pay it?
A. To confirm your appointment and compensate for the time reserved exclusively for you, we kindly ask for a booking fee payment. The amount paid in advance will be credited towards the total cost of your service on the appointment day. This helps ensure fairness and respect for both our clients and our business.

Q. How can I pay it?
A. You have several convenient payment options available for your salon appointment. You can pay in cash or by card directly at the salon, over the phone, or request a link to make the payment online. If you prefer to use Afterpay as your payment method, you can also do this in salon with the card attached to your Afterpay account. When booking online, payments will be required to secure the booking.

Q. Where is my money kept?
A. Similar to paying in installments, once you have paid your valued amount, we will accredit that amount to your customer profile. That money will then follow you if you need to move your appointment unless changed or cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment.

Q. What are the terms and conditions?
A. For appointment rescheduling, if you make changes more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, the $50 fee will remain credited to your account for your next appointment. However, if you reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to show up for your appointment for whatever reason, the $50 fee will be deducted from your account profile, and a new payment will be necessary to book a future appointment.

Q. When do I need to pay it?
A. We require the payment at time of booking. Online link payments must be paid by the end of the day to keep the booking, if failure to do so, the appointment will be deleted.
