FEBRUARY ALREADY?!

And Just like that February is here! Happy New year to all our beautiful clients! We hope you’ve all had a refreshing and positive start to 2023. 🎉

Now that we’ve had a few months to adjust to all the changes that the end of last year brought, Ash is ready to make 2023 an even better year! Pump House is looking to create an even better experience for all of its clients this year and as always values all feedback you may have for us to make your time with us the best it can be. ✨
It’s no secret that technology is become more present in our daily lives and will be a huge part of they way the future evolves. This has us thinking, do we really need our landline? Yes it has its importance, but we are finding it difficult to answer all your calls especially on those days when only one of us is in the salon. We want to be able to give our in salon clients our full attention, so the question is how would you feel if you couldn’t reach us via phone call? Would you mind if we had you leave a message if you can’t use our other platforms of communication? We have many other ways you can reach us such as email, text and social media messaging platforms. We find it a lot easier to have a chat via message. This allows us to send through a list of all information we need to book and schedule you appropriately. You can send us your appointment details and preferred times and days, then we can respond with the appointments we have that suit your requirements.
